Jordan Davis at Mesa Amphitheater

Fusing pop, modern R&B, and hip-hop, Jordan Davis is among contemporary country's best artists. His music is reminiscent of Sam Hunt's po country phenomenon music. Since 2012, he has put out two studio albums, two extended plays, and seven singles, many of which have reached the charts and received recognition and awards. This year and in the coming years, there is a lot to expect from Jordan's country pop sensation music.

Coming from a family of musicians, which includes a country singer brother and a hitmaker songwriter uncle, Jordan has been exposed to music from a young age and was not that into it growing up. In college, he took a degree in environmental science. However, his career trajectory changed in 2012 when his brother encouraged him to pursue music. That same year, he moved to Nashville. Not completely dipping in on the idea of making music full-time, he started as a songwriter. In 2016, his music career became serious after he ignited a record deal with Universal Music Group Nashville. That same year, he worked on his first album alongside renowned country guitarist Paul Digiovanni. The next year, his single "Singles You Up" debuted. This song was co-written with Steven Dale Jones and Justin Ebach. It became a hit and topped the Billboard Country Airplay chart in 2018. By March 2018, he released his debut album, "Home State." The album's second single, "Take It from Me," followed suit. It was another success and went on to peak at the second spot of the Country Airplay. The success of the album did not end there. When the third single, "Slow Dance in a Parking Lot," was released on radios, it went on to top the Country Airplay.

In 2020, his eponymous extended play came out, which was again produced by Paul Digiovanni. This release led to his ACM Song of the Year and Single of the Year win for the song "Buy Dirt," a collaboration with Luke Bryan. In February this year, he released his second album, "Bluebird Days."

On October 19, Jordan Davis will be performing at the Mesa Amphitheater. Coming along to this concert is Kameron Marlowe, a country singer-songwriter known for the songs "Giving You Up" and "Burn 'Em All." Avery Anna will also join in on the performance. At only 19, she has shown strong potential with the release of her album "Mood Swings" in 2022. Buy tickets now!
