Located right in the heart of the city, Mesa Amphitheater is a staple if you’re coming to the area - and that’s also exactly why we’re so excited to welcome the legendary Dwight Yoakam to the stage as he brings his 2025 Cosmic Roundup and Rodeo Tour right here to the theater for all of our country rock and roll pleasure. On Saturday October 4th, catch him right here with The Mavericks as they continue to dominate the world tour that’s going state to state all Autumn long. Including hitting stops in the Ozarks Amphitheater, Mayo Clinic Events Center in Minnesota, The Kiva Amphitheater,The Allianz over in Richmond, the Acrisure in Palm Desert, FairWell Festival in Oregon, Chattanooga and Cincinnati, and of course - right here at the Mesa for us all.
Dwight Yoakam has been making crowds scream and cowboy rocking for the last forty years. And since the mid 80s, he has been on top of the game in the genre for his dynamic vocal range and neotraditional country classics. His first three albums reached #1 on the Country Billboard Charts, and he has multiple number one hits throughout his discography as well. He has won two GRAMMYs and one CMA, and his fifth studio album This TIme is one of the most successful country albums in history - it’s gone triple platinum at its current stats, and is widely considered Yoakam’s best album. His music is brash and loveable. Abrasive but real. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with artists like Beck, Pete Anderson, Allison Krauss, and many many others.
